To help us manage an increasing number of requests, please complete the below information for the Donations Committee to review. Due to overwhelming demand from schools and institutions across the country, we no longer provide donations to individual schools or sports teams.

Please allow a minimum of 60 business days for processing. You will be contacted via email, once the request has been reviewed.

We will try and review each request and respond within 60 days. Please be patient if your response takes a little longer. We review all requests once a month. You will be contacted by email if you are successful, with details of the donation.
